# Blockchain Integration

Aqua Doge leverages blockchain technology to ensure transparency and security in its token economy. The $AQUA token is built across all the major Ethereum-based networks, 7 in total, as well as Solana network, with support for TON network incoming soon.

#### Smart Contracts

Smart contracts govern the distribution of $AQUA tokens, ensuring that rewards are distributed fairly and transparently. These contracts are audited by third-party security firms to prevent vulnerabilities. These audits are available for your perusal below, and on the aquadoge.com website.

#### Bridging

Token holders can utilise bridging mechanics within the $AQUA ecosystem to transfer liquidity across all supported networks, allowing them to fund activity across chains, without ever incurring a fee beyond gas fees, and without ever leaving the $AQUA eco-system.

#### NFTs

Aqua Doge plans to introduce Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) that represent unique in-game items, characters, and achievements. As well as being in-game consumables, these NFTs can be traded on various marketplaces, adding another layer of value and engagement to the game.
